BHA Staff

Bob Cox, Executive Director at BHA since 2005, has over 15 years experience in public housing.  He began at Haverhill Housing Authority as Section 8 Administrator and progressed to ED positions at Salisbury and Newburyport Housing Authorities.  Bob also worked as Director of Government Housing for a property management firm in New Hampshire prior to coming to Billerica.  Bob's email address is bcox@billericahousing.org.

Jean Kneeland, Tenant Selection Coordinator, has worked at BHA since 2000.  She is responsible for managing the wait list and applications for elderly/disabled and family housing.   Jean performs annual re-certifications for all BHA residents and is also responsible for coordinating the maintenance work order system. Jean can be reached via email at jkneeland@billericahousing.org. 

Debbie Souza, Section 8 Administrator, manages all aspects of the S8 program including the wait list, briefings, annual re-certifications and inspections.  She is also responsible for handling BHA's payables.  Debbie has been with BHA since 1992 and can be reached via email at dsouza@billericahousing.org.

Beverly Stone, Administrative Clerk, provides administrative support for the director and all BHA staff.  She is also responsible for payroll and maintaining daily records and personnel files.  Beverly has been with BHA since 2008.  Beverly's email is bstone@billericahousing.org.

Maureen Argie, Resident Services Coordinator, provides service referrals for our elderly residents.  She also manages the daily lunch program for our elders.  Maureen is an LSW and has been at BHA since 2007.  Maureen can be reached via emai @ MArgie@ESMV.org. 

Joe Campbell, John Simolaris and Darrick Yates comprise BHA's Maintenance Staff.  They provide year round maintenance at BHA properties.
