Applications
As Billerica has Federal and State Housing, applicants should complete and submit both the Federal Application and the State Application. While the applications are somewhat similar, applicants are urged to complete both. Should an applicant only complete and submit one application, they will not be considered for both Federal and State Housing but will only be considered for the one program for which they submitted a completed application.
